So Governers Plum (Flacourtia indica) seems to take two winters here so far and assuming I have males and females should eventually fruit. It actually looks better than the Ketembilia but was more protected. The die back is from separating 3 plants in a single grow sleeve. #gardening

Brazilian Milk Fruit (Cordia taguahyensis). Supposedly hardier than expected and can fruit here in California. #gardening

Ice Cream Beam (Inga sp.) Fruit. This one is a somewhat cold hardy one and will use the seeds to propagate more. #gardening

Trying a high density planting of sunchokes saved from last year in one of those daiso planters. Sunchokes have issues here. Mainly need a lot of water once rain stops from late Spring to mid Fall. #gardening

So this mystery Sea Grape species is taking winter outside in a Northern California Zone 9b/10a-ish area under a redwood. Might be the one from the Brazilian Cerrado or further south? (Go far enough south amd it gets temperate again:) ) #gardening

So sand cherry was a good rootstock, although I have to line things up better than apple. Coral Champagne and Minnie Royal in pics. I'll graft some other low chill cherries this year. #gardening

Got some Magenta Lilly Pilly from a tree. Unfortunately they splated on sidewalk. Plan is to grow up seedlings then graft and try to keep a small one. #gardening
