lol, we keep our brews away from the cats as some of them will eat the airlocks. Got a serving unit from Lowes that is more like a cabinet and works like a charm.

Sadly, our RenFaires have the worst mead (Tampa). That inspired me to make my own!

I'm new to Bluesky so really hoping for a better experience than I had on other platforms.

For me it's the "failure is not the end, just another step in the story". There is little winning or truly losing. Even a loss is a story and worth playing out.

Fermenting times vary with temperature and gravity, not so much with volume. Thanks for trying out our recipe!
