I bought this kit, but the cord was too big to thread the beads, so I ordered some smaller cord finally so I could make it. I thought I bought it only a few years ago, but it was 2017. The cord came today, and I made it tonight.

Day 4 of the Stashdown Challenge: I worked on the Loon Tapestry kit from The Felting Studio a bit more, and started spinning the second half of Sample 89, Oxford Down wool, at 30 wpi.

Day 3 of our Stashdown Challenge: I finished spinning sample 89A of my breed study, Oxford Down wool. I spun the singles at 25 wpi and plyed them from a center pull ball to get a 2 ply sport yarn, 12 wpi, 103 yards.

Progress Update: I finished plying the singles from the pound of Corriedale top from Paradise Fibers in colorway Purple People Eater. The resulting yarn is a 2 ply, 11 wpi DK weight yarn, about 668 yards.

Welt Fantastic socks knit from the toe up with the afterthought heels completed before completing the cuff. Normally, I would wait until the cuff of the socks were done, but I wasn't really sure how much yarn I'm going to have. It was easier to put the waste yarn in, knit an inch of the cuff, and then go back to do the heels, so I can just knit the cuffs afterwards until I run out of yarn. Yarn is yarn I hand dyed as self striping with a purple section and a speckled section in neon green, teal, and magneta.

I'm spinning singles at 25 wpi and splitting each piece of top into 4 strips to try to keep some colors more separate on a custom painted Electric Eel Wheel 6.0. The fiber is Corriedale top from Paradise Fibers in colorway Purple People Eater. I finished the first bobbin and started the second.

I blocked it a little differently than the pattern called for because I modified it. The pics aren't good because the light is terrible and the yarn is wet. Hopefully, it dries quickly.
