As a result of this budget it will be 9 years over which the personal allowance has been frozen.

It is beginning to feel like government are hoping that the Personal allowance will wither on the vine.

Until an investigation has been carried out surely that qualification should be pending.

Yet another example of BBC failing to meet the terms of The Charter and Agreement

"Falsehood flies, and the Truth comes limping after it" attributed to Jonathan Swift in 1710.

In failing to challenge BBC is complicit in the dissemination of the lie.

It is far too late if you have to apologise after the damage is done.

Checkout The Secret Barrister books. The first one is quite emphatic about the causes of many of the problems in our justice system.

I started counting how many times she used the word like in that 90 second segment.

I lost the will to live when I got to 10 and gave up.

I was going to do the same with "you know" but decided it was not worth it.

Whilst there have been a plethora of reports suggesting that Kiev has agreed the terms proposed by USA(Russian terms) "with minor amendments", there are some news sources that seem less concerned about upsetting Trump.

The evidene also suggests there should be a serious enquiry about the influence and behaviour of Raffi berg within the BBC.

And on an associated matter USA have signed but chose not to ratify the Rome treaty. (Sounds like kicking the ball down the road to me).

Perhaps there is an agenda that seeks to avoid transparency and accountability?

Be aware also of the use of the term "commercial rates".

You seem to be using the word "set" rather loosely, in view of the way the regulator allows fares to rip.

"Fares have risen faster than inflation since 2004"

"The rises aren't unlimited either. Individual fares can rise a maximum of 5% above the regulated cap."

Or you could, I don't know, staff up the entire system to handle the volume? What's that you say, you can't possibly afford it?

Wealth tax. I know, that's crazy talk. Curtailing rights for thousands is a small price to pay for not inconveniencing billionaires even the tiniest bit.
