Not long ago, women’s franchises were given away in sales of men’s teams. Today, there are 25 clubs valued at nine figures, collectively worth $5.6 billion.

According to @forbes.com estimates, the NBA's 30 teams are now worth $5.4 billion on average—or just over $160 billion collectively—more than doubling the figure from just four seasons ago.
