I wrote a little flash fiction story. Full text in alt in case you can't read my writing.
Burglar I sat quietly on the couch, too quietly, as the masked man rummaged through the television cabinet. In most houses there is no one sitting in the dark on the couch and so he hasn't seen me yet. He moves methodically through each drawer and shelf. I'd come to consider burglars a haphazard sort and now I felt abashed at my assumptions. I wanted to apologize for the loose supplemental discs from my Fellowship of the Ring box set but no, because how would that be recieved? Is it absurd - well, it is - to say it felt like interrupting a sculptor as he planed the nose? But he took a step back, slipped, fell into my lap nearly. His gasp upon turning was effete - perhaps I'm twice a fool - she? Like a cat she shimmyed out of the fall and lunged for the window. Just before clearing the sill, she tapped the drawer. It clicked closed in unison with the window, and my teeth.

I'm using a hodgepodge of books and YouTube stuff. I like Tomo Fujita's YouTube stuff, even though some of it is a little long-winded because he has such enthusiasm and makes me feel excited about playing things. I also like this book. First half is ok but the back half is great.

But also this just sounds like edgelord bullshit. There's nothing less subversive than "Wuthering Heights is a love story actually and now there's weird sex". The book is actually much more abrasive than whatever this is.
One attender described the film as aggressively provocative and tonally abrasive" and suggested it strongly recalled the *stylised depravity" of Saltburn with scenes of "clinical masturbation", a bondage-tinged sexual encounter involving horse reins and less conventional romance or emotional complexity than many aficionados of Emily Brontë's novel might expect. The film reportedly opens with a public hanging in which the condemned man ejaculates mid-execution. The crowd react orgiastically, and a nun "fondles the corpse's visible erection. Other signature Fennell shots include lingering takes "suggestive textures? such as egg yolks, bread dough and slug trails.
