While it’s disappointing, and certainly fails to deliver for the GTHA, as someone who’s been on a few DB trains, I can’t say that I’m surprised to see that DB failed to deliver.

It was one of my favorite things about riding NS in the Netherlands--connections between regional/intercity trains were shown on the screens, so you know how long you'll be on the platform/if you have time to grab a quick coffee/snack in the station.
