Only anecdotal but I feel like the traffic where I live is reduced, not quite to school holiday levels but definitely lower 🤷‍♀️

I saw someone asking 'what do I do now?' as they apparently *could not* drive into the city centre to pick up some teenagers from gloucester green bus station because of the charge, took a lot of restraint not to point out they could either pay the fee or teach the teens to use a bus

Just increase the hotel room cost by a fiver, job done.
