When our water heater went we put in one with a heat pump. When the AC goes, gonna do more heat pumps. Then it's just the stove.

My ultimate pie is cherry, but must be made with real sour cherries and not too much sugar or thickener. Absolutely no canned filling. I generally feel like most pies I encounter are too sweet and too gloopy
