Minus the screenshot, I expect A. In the screenshot, I can see the axe passing through the rock, so maybe B. Although maybe it would be extra clear if the shiny thing poked out of the rock a bit.

I'm sure large amounts of disenfranchisement, fraud, and voter intimidation will be Trump's first weapon, but if the Dems win anyway I expect the GOP will try to contest enough seats to maintain control.

Constitutionally, each house of Congress can decide whether to accept the results of elections to them. The process is codified in the Federal Contested Elections Act.

You don't need to stop elections to ignore the results. Trump's already made it very clear that he will claim the results are fraudulent if they don't go the way he wants.

Obviously, Vance is lying. He knows we know he's lying. They'll release the video, they'll lie about what it says, and they'll defend that lie with force. The point is to make sure people know that the truth is not a weapon that can be used against this administration.

The statute is vague enough that, given that the Whitehouse is basically claiming that the whole Venezuelan military is implicated, it could literally be true that Maduro being commander-in-chief of the Venezuelan military is what could make him "guilty" of this crime.
