This misses any sort of package versioning and locking. My goto has been Pipenv+Pyenv and I guess remains so.

It’s too bad you’ve not explored Mastodon. That federation seems a lot more inline with your presented ideals than here. Glad you’re exploring outside of Twitter, regardless.
