I would encourage everyone to read or listen to both speeches.
President Trump, in a speech at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland on Wednesday, took a direct swipe at Prime Minister Mark Carney of Canada, who the previous day had described an end to the U.S.-led world order and called on middle powers to band together.
