Easily make the play off stage. Auto route thru looks a stretch now. Play off round fixtures are 19th and 26th Feb. I'll go to the away leg as quiet time at work.

Javier Alonso doing a great job with Palace U18s. Top of league (other sides do have games in hand) & just won 4 team cup group that included Chels & ManC. A good technical coach, but also has a group united & who put team first. Talented age group. A lot who are in first year at U18s level....

usual heavy presence in South Norwood. im gonna shoot off pronto at end so can beat any Norwood police blockade and get to my car which is other side of station. Lazy today, usually walk back to Copers Cope Rd, 3 miles, takes 50 mins.

No Guehi today by sounds of it. Not sure whether I favour Lerma at back or Canvot. I think I'd go with Canvot as may need Lerma in centre mid for at least some of the match.

Most clubs fire managers when there is a bad run of results. So they can't complain about loyalty when Managers cash in when they are in demand. Wolves will be paying double what Boro were. Most of us would want to join Wolves if we were in same situation.

Nice to have a routine home win. Pino and Kamada very good first half. We'll miss Sarr so much when he's at AFCON. Lacroix excellent today. If Sarrshot had gone in rather than hit post, we could have subbed some 1st team earlier. Fine margins.

Guehi tweaked something with 20 mins to go. Wasn't able to be at 100% after that but so good he was able to still be good enuf. I guess we'll soon here if he'll be out for a while.

I'm all for dropping Pino for Nketiah. But then I remember the less than impressive Kamada early days and how he is now. So worth persevering for at least a few more games before making such a change.

Decent performance. Best I expected against the side who are probably gonna win league after our Thursday endeavours. As away support, we were unusually quiet in ground. Mitchell my MoM as kept Saka & Martinelli quiet. Yes he mishit couple crosses & messed up far post header but great defensively.
