I genuinely don't understand why anyone would even ever want that tool, unless they're just a vacuous MBA automaton. Like, ideation is the most fun part! Thats when you get to come up with all the cool stuff you'll have to cut for time later lol.

If anyone ever stepped in that room with all the masks on the wall and the dentist chair in the middle, and didn't immediately try to report Epstein to the FBI, they should be under the jail.

Sorry misread your point. Even if you use the census data, the trend shows 55+ homeownership increasing with 44 and younger decreasing. This will be exacerbated by all the current economic trends, and inevitable AI bubble burst.

My landlord is a realtor. He said that he's shifted from 80% selling homes, 20% managing properties to the inverse. His job is now 80% managing rentals. I'll believe him, and my own examination of the market that aligns with his assessment, over some cherrypicked industry graph.

How many DLCs do you have to buy to reach enlightment?

Like a quick search, and I couldn't even find a mention of it. That would have been front page news a decade or two ago.

At a societal level, we've lost the capacity to be shocked, and it seems not great.

Hard agree, especially the arm thing. Most horror films have less vivid gore than that. I've watched things no human being should ever watch, and it still turned my stomach a little. Why are you playing that for a general audience????

I read some thing from a producer in the movie industry recently, that brilliant fresh scripts come across their desk all the time, and they always get shut down for being too risky.
