Knew I had to get a tooth pulled since like two weeks ago and then didn't brush my teeth FOR TWO WEEKS until the night before my possible dental appointment. Like why am I taking three antidepressants at this point? #bpd #mentalillness #mess

Does anyone else reaaaally want to go get a lil snack, but after bedtime the kitchen is part of the sPoOkY zOnE (i.e. anywhere outside the bedroom, even fully lit)? (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ🍔

When I take quetiapine I either spend the hours between 2-5am browsing Amazon or I eat anything edible in my bedroom, no matter the quantity.
