Honoured to join the first-ever BC Building Trades Tradeswomen conference. 💪🏽 Nearly 1 in 5 tradespeople will retire by 2028, & our ability to continue building the infrastructure our communities need is dependent on our ability to train & attract enough new tradespeople to replace them and more.
