I would personally like to see more reps feel normal human emotions. Maybe if they felt the full emotional impacts of concentration camps, genocide, and millions dying from stripping aid, we wouldn't be where we are. Framing emotion as the antithesis to productivity is some misogynistic bull

There is a nomination period where WW readers send in nominations. Top five make it to the ballot. Generally, this seems to mean that companies that campaign for their customers to nominate them are the ones who make it on. Since you didn't campaign, we just really like you!
