You build the plane, and the propeller works by rubber band. However, there's also a cylinder that gets packed with talcum powder, and the band agitates this for the effect in flight.

Back when I lived in McHenry, Illinois, we would drive to the movie theater in nearby Crystal Lake. There was a guy who basically had a hut but turned out really good parmesan-caramel popcorn.
