No offense but it shows that it's been that long. Harrison's "true self" is literally impossibly beautiful, talented, and athletic. The idea that 'a Harrison Bergeron could exist if not for the perfidious shackles of "equality"' is what's being satirized.

The politically correct people were over the top caricatures of how politically correctness is perceived by its critics, thats why theyre bad guys. Harrison himself is a caricature of how those critics see themselves, able to leap 20ft if only they weren't held down by damned political correctness
