I finally found a pair of the 1980s Acme 5971 eel print boots I’d been looking for in my size. The foot is nice, but the shafts are in bad shape. Anyway they were cheap so I grabbed them. Maybe I’ll find a better pair eventually.

Ariat had a sale where they offered a mystery boot for a sale price. I fell for it and got these Ariat Futurity Cashout boots in Midnight Black and Dark Brick. The gamble paid off for me.
