My fear is that someone is going to be at the end of their rope and start taking out some of these ICE agents...which will prompt the military response.

Well, technically, since the files should have already been released fully un-redacted...what is stopping the survivors from disclosing their own personal knowledge?
I'm no lawyer by any stretch of the imagination...but it seems like the information "should" be public by any means.
