Years ago I started doing Pilates. The teacher told us to engage your pelvic floor - I raised my hand and said - I don’t have a pelvic floor;)
After having two kids I somehow lost it. I’m thrilled that I eventually found it.

Jimi was my favorite performer. I saw him in concert three times. The first two concerts were in very small venues. My first introduction was when in 1964 I received a gift of a 45 with four songs from England. I can’t say I have only one favorite song. He was a beautiful man.
