He has a single skill - he hits right-handed pitching quite well. He's a mediocre runner and fielder. If you hire him it is to be a DH or 1B for RHP. He is okay against LHP but he shouldn't be first choice. He should never lead off or hit second. I'd put him seventh. Kind of third inning leadoff.
