peacemaker s2 was a pretty solid character-driven take on alternate world stuff but man, the sporadic focus on connecting to gunn superman and then the last episode's heavy focus on setting up future movies is so, so lame.

wrapping up the postgame for e33 and i gotta say, i had an alright time with the game overall but it's left me scratching my head over some of these design and balance decisions. it's especially disappointing because there are hints of really cool stuff. i'll get into it another time.

disappointed there wasn’t a rendition of “not alone” in 7.3 cuz that’s, like, one of ff9’s most iconic songs.
it could’ve even been baked into the trial theme. instead that theme was played completely straight with no interesting flourishes. kinda lame.
