Quinn scored in his first game, but so did Buium. Buium had 2 points actually, so I'm focusing on that. I'm staying focused on the guys who are playing for Vancouver. I'm a Canucks fan first, fan of whatever player second. There's never been a player who left that has made me leave the team.

While I will, more than likely, forgive Quinn Hughes one day, I have immense respect for Myers, Garland, Demko, Pettersson, Boeser and DeBrusk who all signed long-term and want to be Canucks. The centerpieces in this rebuild. It's been apparent for months that Hughes checked out. Let's move on.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I would rather have guys who WANT to play in Vancouver. Regardless of whether the team is a contender. Guys who WANT to be there. Hughes didn't want that. I'd rather he not be in Vancouver. I'll be over it soon. I can be petty, tho 😂
