Please, please, please, have a realistic economic plan ready by the time of the elections.

"... at the Dept of War, we've got a lot of things to do". War is peace, ignorance is force, freedom is slavery. We have always been at war with eurasia.

How, practically?

Galvanising nastiness always works, if served with charisma and alsi a deep voice. At least 30% of the population, all over the world, are selfish and cruel and will vote for a selfish and cruel leader.

Exactly 💯

Maybe they'll notice a different from usual aroma, ...
December 2, 2025 at 7:23 PM
... which is what is expected from the Labour Party, indeed ( not being Reform lite)

Starmer is a 'reactive' politician. He took advantage of the tory mistakes, staying under the parapet and hitting when Boris was caught in the partygate. Now he's preying on Farage's mishap with Nathan Gill. Maybe this is his prosecutor background taking over. Not enough to lead, once in power.

Is it too much to ask to have a competent left wing party, capable of communicating ? At the moment Zach Polanski is half way there. He can communicate but needs better grasp of the economy (as per the "all the rest is politics" interview). The "your party" and its two co-leaders deserve oblivion.

They nailed it, long ago
December 1, 2025 at 3:23 PM
... that's assuming that the EU wants to "make brexit work". What would happen as soon as Farage becomes PM?
December 1, 2025 at 3:21 PM
It might give them a point, instead: "Outrage: the democratic vote of the British people overruled !!!", kind of tabloid headlines. I reckon that, in order to be acceptable, there should be a referendum, with larger participation AND a larger majority. Both things are not guaranteed.
December 1, 2025 at 7:55 AM
I have a question: is this the right moment to attack Farage on this, given how far we are from the next elections? E.g. any incident caused by an asylum seeker / immigrant in the next three years could restore the Reform's polls (with the help of their friends in the media) ...

From every angle, as soon as Brexit is discussed rationally, the whole argument collapses. This is why they didn't want to touch it. Now, with Russia, China and the USA all trying to destabilise what's left of the liberal democracies, everyone can see that the emperor has no clothes.
November 28, 2025 at 9:42 AM
Problem is, the polls ATM show Farage to be the next PM, ... a new referendum should have a larger participation (difficult) AND a larger majority (more likely)

Blaming and vilifying immigrants is a way of seizing and retaining power. Anybody different can be a suitable enemy, but the most suitable are those with no power, no money.

Hehe, English and Spanish are popular languages across the globe, that helps
November 27, 2025 at 9:13 PM
And, I fear, a 10 year long process with Farage as PM in waiting, what could possibly go wrong?
November 27, 2025 at 7:11 PM
Ok, thanks! So it was a scammer, I m starting to learn, hehe. Looks like I need to authenticate myself with the platform to DM, ... not to reply.
November 27, 2025 at 1:44 PM
How?
November 27, 2025 at 7:16 AM
A double agent, harvesting kompromat among the rich and powerful. Or maybe he was an independent, therefore bumped off before he could embarrass too many of the said rich and powerful.
November 26, 2025 at 7:34 PM
Are you sure that the EU wants the UK back? With Farage the next PM in waiting?
November 26, 2025 at 7:31 PM
Like everywhere. Media go where the money is and the extreme right has endless supply. Where does all this money come from? Fossil fuel industry is a usual suspect, ...
