And i think its also like, you get so used to masking out in the world and having one place you feel you don't need to mask and that binary starts to feel impenetrable. It feels like an unapproachable problem i guess. Like i have no model for it despite being able to imagine it?

Theres so many minute details of lifestyle that its really easy for me to get hung up on and get into the mindset of "well its only gonna happen if i find the exact right person who can put up with my whole deal" and i think that's really not a good mental model to be working from

Trying to thread a very fine needle, not viewing my existence as a burden while acknowledging that i can be a lot to handle and that's just part of me. I can and should work to be more balanced but i also don't expect i can just change my nature.
