Impacted negatively, I mean.
I prefer VSCode over Visual Studio, which I prefer over Rider.
I never used it myself, but most of my colleagues at work use and praise it.
From that experience, Rider seems slower (though used to be much faster than VS), and the formatting defaults in Rider have greatly impacted code readability.

By basic, I meant built-in privacy, as opposed to ad-block or similar. In my opinion, this setting should be on by default. Bondo is not actually my last name. I'm danish, and my last name doesn't really work internationally, so I don't use it online :)

You mention that you wish the outdated tool was built-in. There is one built-in that was very recently added, that does the analysis part (not the update part). See:
dotnet list package --help
