I also prefer room temperature water in most cases. I’ve seen thyme water recommended when feeling under the weather, but hadn’t tried it yet. Surprising really considering all the “get better quick” herbal remedies from my mom as I grew up.

Just make sure you load up on sources and explanations on why yours is the correct one and make the change - not a duplicate. One way I’ve avoided some battles is by figuring out who the wrong person does belong to in order to strengthen the argument. It’s annoying though…

I had one troublesome one that was a problem because his family only ever called him Roy. On the census and documents I could find from when he was younger - Roy. Actual name - Richard.

Glad I'm not the only one that thought they were messy. For newspapers, I generally use newspapers .com for my American research but not sure if the best place for Welsh ones - do you have a favorite place for digitized ones?

I had thought mining, but then I found my 4th great grandfather's obituary where farming was also mentioned. It gives me a bunch of leads, honestly, but I'm learning to transition from researching the American Midwest to Wales.
