Näkisin tässä seuraavanlaista retorista jujutsua: i) ajatusta osuustoiminnasta käytetään sitä argumenttia vastaan että taustaolot tekisivät suostumuksellisuudesta mahdotonta (siis vaikkapa rad.feminismiä vastaan)

En asiaa tarkemmin tunne, mutta äärioikeistolainen kustantamo Éditions Ring on näemmä julkaissut vuonna 2016 Pierre-André Taguieffin kirjan Des Putes et des Hommes, joka syyttää seksinostamisen kriminalisointia kannattaneita feministejä misandriasta, utopismista ja ties mistä.

The real task isn’t “teaching people to spot misinformation.” It’s rebuilding conditions where verification, deliberation and accountability are possible. Critical thinking only works when the world around it gives those skills a place to take root.

People in fandoms can spend over 1,000 hours a year having discussions they understand to be political and it's yapping about the same old stale topics.

A lot of these types have a wide view of politics. They're talking about going on shitty dates with "apolitical" guys. This kind of engagement usually doesn't translate into keeping up with politics as understood having to do with any of the three branches.

I can sympathize with this line of thinking, but there's a big difference between working for wage and slavery. The former is labor and the latter is treated as capital. There's also a differences between legal rights among segments of the working poor in world cities. These do matter—think of ICE.
