Declaring and enforcing a no-fly zone in western Ukraine and shooting down drones and missiles there would both assist Ukraine in defending itself and make it far less likely that Russia will be able to send drones and missiles against a NATO member again.

The argument against this is that it risks further escalation; my counterargument is that escalation is more likely through continued Russian probing of the airspace of NATO members. Eventually Russian drones or missiles will kill people inside a NATO member state, putting NATO in a serious dilemma.
