Yeah, that's what theyre made for, but then you probably have a proper SUV and not a "crossover."

I'm not suggesting that, but there are alternatives. Many perople who buy SUVs could do as well with a full sized sedan. If anybody still made station wagons, those have 3 rows, too. Minivans move more stuff and people than SUVs. But automakers aren't offering us much else. Too high, too heavy.

No argument here. I have rented SUVs for vacationing with bikes, because it's easy to transport them. It would, however, be just as easy with a station wagon, a type of vehicle nobody makes now. But more people buy them than need them. The weight is the problem. Ek=1/2mv²

I don't know who needs to hear this, but promoting electric SUVs just leads to more SUVs on the streets. Get an opinion from pedestrians and cyclists about what that means.

I wrote my first novel at 70. I'm just finishing up my second at 76. There is no substitute for experience, especially when your books go out on a limb.

The GOP owns what the GOP does. I will support every Dem running for election or reelection this year.
This being said, I am not seeing the strength of leadership this country needs from an opposition party right now. I want action, not talking points.

I had the same thought. His apologists say being dragged by a car last year was justification for shooting Good. I don’t want cops to get hurt, but rules like that can’t be justification for deadly force.
