When you submit an application online, you should get a copy of your answers in the automated email confirmation.

You ever notice how in corporate environments, you have "Product Managers" and in agencies, you have "Producers". I never made the connection to how much the amount of work that gets done is directly related to the job titles of the people facilitating it 🤔

It's so easy to be negative on social media, but today I must say, I'm not a fan of FedEx

People be like "yeah sure, slide into my DMs", and just never respond 😑

So let me get this straight... Mr. Rauch over at TriangleCo now essentially owns the top 3 meta-frameworks? Could Astro be next? 🤔 That, or he's gonna buy Shopify straight up, amirite

The lack of interoperability is what's stifling innovation. Imagine if everything was compatible without the being in walled gardens

It feels like the Web/Software development industry is in a deeply fractured split personality phase where there is one side that believes AI is everything and others that are in complete denial. I'm just waiting for a Project Mayhem to kick off

What if you were offered a vibe coding job tomorrow?

I cracked open @adobe.com Photoshop yesterday for the first time in probably close to 10 years. I was astonished to realize I remembered all the keyboard shortcuts. I mean, I don't remember what I had for lunch yesterday, but I knew how to invert a layer mask with 3 keys

It's funny how "burnout" can hit the hardest during times when I'm not actually working. Too much down time to look around and see all the chaos of the current times
May 28, 2025 at 12:52 PM
Had I known I would bust my ass working to develop the skills for almost 2 decades that would be rendered useless by AI, I think I might have chosen welding over UI design and development. I think that's wild

You ever join a slack group with like 500 members, and ask a question in #questions and like 3 weeks goes by without a response and you start to think you're the reason the whole community went to shit? ... happened to me once

Seriously tho, why are people creating bots that impersonate job recruiters that try to fill fake roles?

I've been straddling design and development my entire career, and I feel it's the secret sauce to what makes great digital products and experiences. It's also been my observation that most organizations get in their own way and can't seem to accommodate this type of fluidity

It's great that I'm getting so much experience with @nextjs.org and @tailwindcss.com. I feel like I'm bound to land that unicorn web developer / frontend software engineer role of my dreams.
