The javelina in question? Looks guilty to me. Brett Kavanaugh would approve detaining it.

Many people on the 1776 Commission were instrumental to the legal schemes that set the stage for January 6. They wrote the lawsuits, gathered affidavits, organized the fake-elector scheme. Then the Commission met on.. Jan 5. This project of rewriting US history matters to them, tremendously.

Please understand how deeply Larry Arnn is committed to this project. In 2020, he took a quid pro quo from Trump - support for Trump's coup in exchange for control over US education. Arnn then leaned into managing fake electors, for the payoff that was to come in a 2nd Trump term.
Going to point again to this 2022 thread on the other place. THE DAY BEFORE THE ELECTION Trump set up a committee on patriotic education. The people who led it - from Hillsdale, Claremont - then wrote his election-fraud lawsuits and arranged fake electors. It met on Jan 5. 2/

3/ Bob’s blog page mentions National Association of Scholars (NAS, but *not* National Academy of Sciences), through which the $11M flowed.
His link to my report about NAS got broken, but is here:

See esp pp.31-34 , Teaching American History, also p.25.
Murky $ flows.

1/ In early 2000s, US govt spent ~$11M for (mostly) Hillsdale profs to teach high school teachers American history.
This was described in 2020 by NJ teacher Bob Fenster: “Paid to Sit Through 30 Days of Right-Wing Dogma”

One of my friends put bids in on Chicago and NY. AT&T won Chicago but they used equipment that wasn't as durable or reliable. My friend won NJ to NY ferry displays which are super vulnerable to salt spray.
