The people who murdered Epstein and perpetrated the cover-up want people to believe that Epestein hung himself with the cloth noose. The picture of the mark on Epstein's neck was most probably made with a rope and the mark is more consistent with being garroted not a self-inflicted hanging.

Exactly, it was a theatrical blood capsule. There are two straight line streaks of blood, one under Trump‘s nose, and the other under his lip, they are parallel, high speed, blood streaks. Trump slapped a theatrical blood capsule, upside his ear after he hit the deck out of sight.
