Not arguing- clarifying => I think this patient is alive (so far).

Doesn’t every family doc manage patients with refractory MG, or with end-stage respiratory failure & chronic pain & in recovery, or with MS/T2DM/nicotine, or with ptsd/low-vision/severe diverticular dz… Yes patients like this exist and cannot get to or afford specialists for every system.

So now I’m afraid - we had allscripts but then it was touch works but also Alterra?? And yes our practice mgmt software glitches trying to interface at least 3-4d per month = “oh sorry all of your patients are here in the waiting room & have been. Just see them super fast…” 😭🤬

I vote @workingfamilies.org every opportunity I get here in upstate NY. I’m registered d bec otherwise I can’t vote in primaries…

I’m so afraid ‘we’ are going to mess it up! Mrsa, pretty much tick-anything, atypical pneumonia, sooo many things for pen-allergic folks… we will be so up a creek if we lose doxy!!
