I agree but my specific issue is with lesbians (usually ones that aren’t deconstructing their internalized lesbophobia) using it as a catch all for all lesbians + themselves and being all grossed out when someone calls them a lesbian. In that sense I need that word burned in a fire.

I’ve come to genuinely hate the word yuri in all contexts… it must die. Bring back lesbian. Bring back lesbian!! I’m sick of all these sissies scared to say lesbian because “it sounds sexy” BECAUSE BEING A LESBIAN IS SEXY YOU ABSOLUTE COWARD!!!!
