I just went through it on my mobile device, and I needed to confirm the purchase like three times. "Proceed with Purchase" - "Confirm Items to be Purchased" - "Select Payment Method" - "Agree and Continue".

They are all grey boxes on the same position, before logging in again and confirming payment

Do you have somewhere else a drop down to select the account/recipent? Sometimes you need to click it and choose it again - even if it is just ONE option.

I had the same issue with a different item a few weeks back and I could solve it by literally choosing the only option from the drop down menu.

I have this kind of revelation nearly once a day. It is really soooo cool
