I've made it a personal goal to stop using the term "content" when referring to media made by artists. The word implies mass-produced filler and calling someone's hard work their "content" has started to feel kinda like an insult. Like human art made strictly for quick consumption
the enthusiasm for generative AI would not have been possible without prior decades of capitalist conditioning to view works of art as products, rather than acts of culture and shared human life
I think the fundamental gap here is that non-creative people think that creative people make things for the end product, when in fact it’s the act of creation and not the end point that makes it worthwhile.

Zulie the witch did a voice reveal and people are being transphobic even though she's cis. This is why I fucking hate gaming spaces to be honest. I've seen this happen quite a bit that if a woman has a slightly lower or huskier voice than expected then transphobes just come out the woodwork.
