Every year I try to do something that is outside of my comfort zone. Yesterday, I finished my super “yikes” thing for this year! Two days of yikes!
Next year I will learn to land. Didn’t say necessarily learn to fly… but at least to land.

After finishing “The Dreamer” glass fusion piece, I am working on the “The Rebel”. The white is merely my paper pattern so it will be colorful. Art is my happy place and when cutting and grinding glass, it is impossible to think about the never ending dystopian shit show.

I admittedly am an AI neophyte. Reading “Nexus” now and just learned that experiments have shown two AIs made their own language to communicate, conspire?, in code against a third AI.
Fascinating stuff. Scary too, I must admit, but be prepared not scared. So here is a mood changer.

A couple of years ago, I was camping in the middle of nowhere in Tanzania. I went outside the tent around 3am. The stars were astoundingly beautiful they brought tears to my eyes. This pic isn’t of that but in Mexico. Just a Hand held cell photo but it did a nice picture. Oh, but Tanzania…
