I put together Dandelion & Orange bitters from Rosalee de la Fôret's "Alchemy of Herbs" book. They'll be ready after a week or so. She says they're good for aiding digestion, & she even uses some in a sparkling water for a low alcohol cocktail. I'm excited to try them!

We ended up at both Plum Markets in A2 today (to get a duck for our Thanksgiving dinner) and ended up finding this bottle. I love that it's honoring maple syrup producers who lost so much to the horrible ice storm earlier this year. We love Iron Fish products, so we expect good things!
