Training day 2 and it’s off to customs HQ here in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 with @elasmoproject.bsky.social leading ID training in #CITES listed #sharks and rays. 30 attendees from customs, coastguard & govt. agencies all put through their paces with the theory before the practical tomorrow.. #sharkconservation

The 1st day of training in 🇱🇰 saw 20 attendees from 5 universities, govt. agencies & Blue Resources Trust learn about Productivity Susceptibility Analysis (PSA) as a data-limited assessment tool. I look forward to supervising and seeing this put into action in Neranjan’s MPhil 🦈under the #OCPP fund
