Were you referred by another doctor because if so they may have the records too

When I first started looking into a dx I talked with several doctors I would say I think I'm Autistic, they all without fail gave some variation of "Yeah, probably, I could see that, but why do YOU think you are?"

I can't speak about POTS, I don't think...., but for the AuDHD crowd I actually do have advice and that is to find a job that fits you well, I work 3rd shift IT help desk WFH, I make my environment how I want it to be, play games between calls or read about my spins and I like day sleeping.

I got my anxiety and adhd diagnosis at the same time but because they were sending me to a separate doctor for the adhd meds I was on anxiety meds for like a month and it kicked the adhd into overdrive, like the anxiety was cancelling out some of the adhd.

We stopped with the tree, we don't wrap presents anymore, we take all the kids presents and we put them in a big sack and let them dig in
