Well if you add too much sugar you'll lose the caffeine buzz. I'm used to drinking medium roasted coffee with some sugar and Delight's flavored creamer with maybe some added milk. If the coffee is made right, you'd actually like (love) it.

Yes, I miss V1 more. I'm only really using this app and Threads (not recommended since it's just a social app vs a health app), and while it's still in it's beta form, "Moods" which is the closest thing to Vent right about now. The link to said site and Discord is on my TL if you wanna try.

Luckily it changes within age. At a certain point, you can learn to intake different kinds of foods from challenging yourself on what you're willing to endure and then adjust to your liking. Idk, you could also just be psyching yourself out too though.
