Midwest, USA is the curling hub. Minnesota should have been the host state. There are cities and clubs in the Gopher State who would have helped make this event successful. Plus, there are actually curlers in MN too. Imagine, a curling event hosted in a state full of curlers. Lets not slam the door shut on the idea of a slam being hosted in USA. But lets also do better at planning and organizing this in the future.

The Superior Hiking Trail is ah-matizing me

Up in northern Minnesota planning to drop in on the Cook County Curling Club and had a little chuckle to myself 🥌

🌱 Year one and the pollinator garden is doing well, especially the liatris (prairie blazing star).

I get to spare a game after a busy work day where I sit at a laptop and analyze stuff (while watching @grandslamofcurling.bsky.social). My brain is mush so I'm grateful to be lead tonight. #curling
