We will continue to do this work until there IS no longer anybody in our communities WHO IS here illegally.

Thank you for eating carbs. In two Mounjaro groups, if a member posts this or if I post my "balanced" diet including carb photo, the #nocarbs folks come out of the woodwork. When you prescribe, what food plan in general do you recommend to your patients? I know what I need and eat. Just curious.

My dad got a bad case of shingles in his early 80's after mom died. He was treated with anti virals and epidural steroids but still had persistent touch sensitivity version or postherpetic neuralgia until he died 7 years later. Clothing, sheets, even a breeze on his torso were irritating.

I do not remember an orientation meeting. I also don't remember Woodstock, although I'm from upstate NY. It happened the weekend my daughter was born, we were in a news blackout. No tvs or radios. No internet 😂. By time I got out, it was no longer news. It took me years to figure the timing out.
