They only found three in over a decade. I don't know if people stay on the list for multiple years, but even if they do, 3 is not a lot.

"Client version 1.51 is too new. Maximum supported API version is 1.49"

Argh!

This iOS 26 phone app's way of sorting calls is really annoying. Showing a badge but then when I open the app I can't see where the "missed" call is (usually in a spam call section, but not marked) is very poor UX.

I've tried all the different "modes" from the menu too. "Classic" is close, but […]

I'm sorry, but if anybody out there thinks that ChatGPT is helpful when it comes to solving code errors (in this case resulting from API changes between versions), they're mistaken.

I kept feeding it errors, and it ended up telling me to replace the new code […]

Argh, trying to upgrade to the latest Docker GoLang API and discovering all the changes that have been made that are seemingly not improving anything - just rearranging things.

Um, I’m not sure that live stream has paused. Seems to still be playing just fine behind that overlay message.

Seriously #alameda? Parks are closed for 3 months? A quarter of the year! Maybe it’s time to make the ARPD budget depend on number of days the parks are open. No other cities in the area are closing their parks for 3 months.

Took a few attempts, but I finally got a version of this image that I am happy with from OpenArt (using the nano banana model for both initial creation and some minor edits).

This took somebody some time to generate. Love to know how many attempts each clip in this sequence took to get them the way they wanted.

Optimizing prints to print on angles like this always amazes me. Not without its challenges though - getting that section under the lower edge to stay stuck to the plate has been frustrating (although, I don't know why it has been so bad since I've printed […]

This jerk swiped at my door mirror intentionally as he passed, then almost rear ends a car in the lane to his left (you can see that car swerve into the shoulder to try to get out of his path), then races off between the cars.

Sadly, his rear lights are too […]

This is a fantastic story, well worth watching the video (or listening to it really since the visual component is just photos rotating in a slide show).

Got a call this morning from a neighbor about a duck on the lane behind our house that seemed lost/injured. Not a wild mallard that we see all the time, but this white duck. When I got back it was still there, so I called APD & they sent s nice lady from […]

Lots of interruptions along the way, but I think I finally have something I can test a print of for an industrial lamp “shade”.

Some of the interruptions were external (work, neighborhood events, kids’ activities etc); and some were “fights” with random […]

The iPhone 17 pro cameras maybe good at many things, but taking photos of the moon ain’t one of them. Exposure comp as low as it would go and zoomed in way too far to get anything more than a bright white, over exposed shape. This is the best, admittedly […]

"16:41:00 AdditiveHelix002: Error: Adding the helix failed"

Thanks, that helps. NOT.

@FreeCAD would be so much better if it didn't just fail in random and unpredictable ways (even more so when the exact same operation on an identical face worked fine just beforehand).
