I’m not so sure about that. This SCOTUS has historically given broad control of all military in the US to the executive. They rule in his favor and we’re in some scary shit.

I wouldn’t count on this ultimately going our way. This SCOTUS has historically given broad power over all military in this country to the pres. If they rule in his favor, he will suddenly take control of national guard in every blue state.
