Why aren't Congressional leaders (assuming we have any) and high profile governors like Newsom and Whitmer (or aspiring national politicians like Buttigieg) not descending on Minneapolis to stand in solidarity with citizen protestors? It's what Dr. King would have done.

It’s not lost on me how the far left is absolutely silent about how brave Iranians are rising up against the tyranny of the Ayatollah. I thought they stood for all oppressed people. Oh that’s right, that doesn’t count when the oppressors are hostile towards Israel, right? Hypocrites!
