I feel u, one thing that helps me deal with it usually is that they either just did not feel like interacting that day or if they actually have an issue with me, feel uncomfortable etc. it is on them to tell you that bc you can’t read minds. But i totally get the anxiety over it <3

Hi, i know we haven’t interacted much (mostly bc im a very nervous/anxious person who doesn’t post much and is very new to actually posting on socials) but i can tell you from my experience that if people don’t like interacting much then the most they‘ll do is not respond or just like the response💕
